1Pay is developing Afghanistan’s 1st agile and strong Agent Network for all 1PAY’s Digital Financial Transactions. Agent Network is an alternative distribution strategy, where traditional retail financial transitions use authorized agents to expand the reach of the branch network. This allows us to reach more people and more locations, the Agent Network strategy promotes financial inclusion.

Having an Agent Network will allow us to deliver services to the majority of lower-income households, residing in remote areas, through a network of retail agents. Agent Network is a holistic solution that aids the entire financial ecosystem including people in remote areas, retail agents as well as the financial institutes.
