Khalid Mohammadi is an admitted lawyer with rich corporate/commercial experience. Khalid’s most recent roles prior to joining to LexGlobal Partners were with the Afghanistan Government, acting as the Legal Director General of Central Bank of Afghanistan and as the Director of the Trade and Transit Agreements of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce. Khalid’s sphere of corporate knowledge and experience expanded during his time at a private law firm, acted as a Senior Associate Attorney. Mr. Mohammadi has extensive experience in advising national and international clients on telecommunication, banking business registration, share transfer, business dissolution, business merger and closure, drafting joint venture agreements and contracts, Moreover, as a licensed attorney, Mr. Mohammadi has represented major international clients before courts in Afghanistan. Mr. Mohammadi also has led several capacity buildings projects at the Attorney General Office, Ministry of Justice, and Civil Society Organizations across Afghanistan. These projects were designed to enhance the capacity/skills of the prosecutors and the CSOs to further engage in the legislative processes in the country.

In particular, Throughout his career He has gained extensive experience at Local and international level, He was the IT Manager of Safi airways the international airline of Afghanistan, He was the group System and Network Administrator of Albashir Group of companies in Afghanistan, He was the IT Manager of TCRC and He is the IT Consultant of Afghan Global Net services main distributer of Dahua technologies in Afghanistan.
